Return Policy

Online Returns and Exchanges Policy

You may cancel your order anytime within 24 hours of ordering fresh prepared daily meals, within seven (7) working days, beginning on the day after you order online. We will not refund, but we will exchange equal to the same price of the goods in full. No refunds are given for delivery costs.  Exchanges are given on the following delivery date (Mondays and Thursdays).  If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day you give written notice of complaint. Requests for exchanges of damaged goods must be made within 48 hours of delivered goods in writing via email to helpevery1eat@gmail.com and returned.

To cancel an order, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the goods to us as soon as possible, intact and in their original packaging, and at your own cost and risk.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.

Cooking Classes canceled must be made within 24 hours for full refund. Any class canceled after then will be allowed to exchange for another class of equal value. Scheduled classes must be notified if canceling for exchange within 24 hours of scheduled class time. Any items purchased for private party cooking class will still be the customer’s responsibility to pay in full for services and purchased goods for event. Deposit amount for private cooking classes will not be refunded or exchanged of any kind. Deposits are required in order to insure not booking another event.

Private Parties secured with deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are required in order to insure not booking another event.
